Purpose

Account

Access requires an account, created via a passwordless sign-in link. You are responsible for the use made through your email address.

Acceptable use

You undertake not to misuse the service and to comply with applicable laws as well as Anthropic's terms. [to complete: list of prohibited uses.]

Free account (personal key)

In BYOK mode, you use your own API key: the cost of the tokens is billed by Anthropic, outside Askoraly's control. Anti-abuse quotas apply.

Credits and payment

Credits are sold in packs at a fixed face value, with no subscription. Each generation is debited from actual usage. Payment is processed by Stripe. [to complete: prices, VAT, billing terms.]

Right of withdrawal

Availability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions for maintenance or external causes (third-party APIs) are possible.
